About these terms

"We", "us" and "our" mean Gardner Toolhouse, Salt Lake City, UT 84104. When you buy from us, these terms apply together with our 30-day money-back guarantee and the details on the item's listing.

Local pickup only

We sell for local pickup in Salt Lake City, UT 84104. We don't ship or deliver. Pickup is by appointment, and we text you the address when we confirm your pickup time.

Prices and listings

• Prices are in US dollars and don't include sales tax.
• Prices and availability can change at any time. Most items are one-of-a-kind, so an item can sell before a listing is updated.
• We work to get every listing right. If we find a mistake in a price or description, we'll tell you and correct it before the sale, and you can decide whether you still want it.
• A few items show "Call or text for price". That price is the same for everyone who asks.
• On this website preview, items marked Example are samples to show the layout. They're not for sale.

Holds

Holds are free, and we don't take deposits. A hold isn't final until we confirm it, and we'll tell you how long we can hold the item. If you can't make it, please let us know so the next person can have it. When a hold ends, the item may go back on sale.

Payment and tax

We take card, PayPal, Venmo and cash, paid at pickup. Utah sales tax is added at pickup, at the rate for our pickup location.

Condition and inspection

Every item is graded using our condition grades, and listings note anything worth knowing. Used and open-box items are inspected before they're listed. New (Sealed) items aren't opened or tested by us. Please check your item over at pickup before you pay.

Ownership and risk

Once you've paid and picked up your item, it's yours, and so is the responsibility for it. Please make sure your vehicle can carry it safely.

Returns

Returns are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. Items graded For Parts / As-Is are sold AS-IS, with no returns.

Brand names are used only to identify the genuine products we sell. Manufacturer warranty may not apply; see each listing.

Safety

Read the manufacturer's manual before using any tool or machine, and wear the right protection. With used outdoor power equipment, check the fuel, oil, guards and blades before each use. If you're not sure how something works, ask us before you use it.
