What's not covered
- Items marked AS-IS / For Parts
- Damage from accidents, misuse or modifications after you bought it
- Gas equipment brought back with fuel in it (please run it dry first)
- Consumables you've used up, like blades, bits and trimmer line
How to return something
- Text orcall (801) 834-4309 with your stock number (it starts with GT-) and when you can bring it back.
- We'll confirm a time and text you the address.
- Bring it with your receipt and everything it came with. We check it's all there and refund you.
About manufacturer warranties
We're an independent reseller, not an authorized dealer for any brand. Manufacturers generally limit warranty coverage to the original buyer from an authorized seller, so assume the manufacturer's warranty may not apply to anything you buy from us.
Some manufacturers decide coverage by the tool's date code when there's no original receipt. Ask us and we'll tell you the date code if we have it, but we can't promise how a manufacturer will treat a claim.
